Colchagua Valley

The valley is in the countryside in the heart of Colchagua, within the Peralillo area. It is one of the most important valleys for red varietals in Chile. The area has Mediterranean weather with four clearly separate seasons.  The maritime influence and the effect of the Andes mountain range create ideal conditions, especially during summer months, when the thermal oscillation varies up to 22° C. This allows the grapes to slowly ripen with a long growing stage. The resulting wines have a deep color and a soft tannin structure, with flavors of ripe fruits and a good balance in nose and mouth.
